Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. The wine is made by the traditional sparkling-wine method, with secondary fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18–20 °C.

Elegant, with a bright Muscat aroma, a delicate, pleasantly sweet palate and a well-balanced finish.
