Vinification
A low-alcohol grape wine is fortified with natural grape spirit and sweetened with sugar syrup. It is transferred to large vats and barrels containing dried ingredients, then stirred continuously while aromatic plant roots and spices infuse it with their flavours and aromas.
Serving and pairing
Traditionally served as an aperitif before a meal to stimulate the appetite.
