Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
A sparkling cuvée based on delicate white grape varieties from Veneto.
Grapes
Garganega, Glera and Chardonnay.
Vinification
The grapes are pressed gently to preserve their fresh, fruity aromas. The must ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless-steel tanks. Liqueur de tirage is added to the base wine before a second fermentation in a pressurized tank.
Ageing
After secondary fermentation, the cuvée remains on its lees for a few months, developing a creamy texture.
Technical data
Alcohol: 11% vol. Bottle format: 0.75 L.
Tasting profile
