Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the company's own vineyards in Italy. They are harvested at optimal ripeness.
Vinification
Traditional methods are used. Fermentation is slow, in stainless steel tanks at a low, controlled temperature. When the desired level of residual sugar is reached, fermentation is stopped by rapidly cooling the must.
Serving and pairing
Pairs with fish and meat dishes, fruit salads and desserts.
