Merlot from Veneto, where the international variety has found a second home. Air is its symbolic element in the Four Elements project: the presentation links breeze-touched vineyards, Palladian villas, and the peaks of the Dolomites to Veneto’s culture and viticulture.

Tasting profile
Deep ruby in colour, with fragrant red-cherry aromas. Smooth and medium-bodied on the palate, showing ripe plum and dark chocolate. The finish is balanced and persistent.

Serve at 18–20°C.
Label / history
The Memoro line was created in 2011 to mark the 150th anniversary of Italian unification, originally blending four varieties from four regions: Nero d’Avola, Primitivo, Montepulciano, and Merlot. Four Elements subsequently presented each component separately and assigned Merlot to air.
