Grapes
The latest published vintage is 2021, described as a selection from Italy’s principal wine regions without named varieties or percentages. Earlier official-shop releases identify Sangiovese, Aglianico, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Nero d’Avola.
Technical data
The published 2018 and 2020 releases are listed at 14% alcohol in 0.75 L bottles.
Tasting profile
Ruby red in colour. The bouquet combines intense cherry and black-cherry fruit with aromatic herbs, liquorice, and sweet spices. The palate is complex, clearly defined, and structured. Silky tannins lead into a refined finish dominated by lingering spice.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 18–20°C. Pair with game, red meats, and aged cheeses.
Vintage notes
The 2021 release is the newest vintage shown in the official shop. Detailed technical and tasting information remains available for the earlier 2018 and 2020 releases.
Label / history
Alta Vendemmia is conceived as a powerful yet balanced and elegant expression of selected Italian grapes. Its name emphasizes the selection principle: only the finest grapes of the vintage are intended for the wine.
