Tasting profile
Bright golden in colour. Delicate white flowers and citrus are joined by aromatic herbs and mineral nuances. Citrus, green apple and pear define the palate, balanced by freshness and character. Lively acidity supports a harmonious, inviting finish.

Label / history
Ribolla Gialla has a long place in Friulian history. Giovanni Boccaccio mentioned Ribolla among the temptations of gluttony in the fourteenth century, while Duke Leopold III of Austria reportedly required an annual supply of 100 urns from the region.
