The grapes are grown in Sicily.
Vinification
The fruit is harvested at peak ripeness, then sorted and pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at 18–22 °C. The wine is clarified, stabilized and filtered before bottling.
Tasting profile
Mineral, fruity and floral, with a touch of bitterness and a moderately oily texture. The palate is refreshing, juicy and well balanced.
Serving and pairing
Pairs well with fish dishes, white meat and cheeses.
