Locanda Podernovo named a Locali di Charme destination

Locanda Podernovo was named among 11 Italian “Locali di Charme” by the ilGolosario restaurant guide. The recognition was announced on 8 November at Golosaria Milano and was based on a survey of the guide's contributors, who identified the restaurant as one of their most satisfying experiences of 2021.

The restaurant's cooking is designed around the place and its produce. Ingredients are selected for quality and seasonality; some come directly from Casale Podernovo's organic kitchen garden, while others are purchased from small artisan producers. The menu presents Tuscan and Italian classics in a traditional setting and is intended to accompany the estate's wines.
