Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in a vineyard 40 km from the town of Prosecco. The vineyard was granted DOC status in 2009.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. This is followed by secondary fermentation in the bottle, which the source identifies as the Charmat method.
