Vineyard and terroir
Rocky terrain and a moderate climate contribute elegance and complexity. The estate uses heavy pruning and green harvesting to reduce yields significantly.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. After gentle pressing, fermentation and maceration take place at a controlled temperature for 7–10 days.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in oak barrels.
