Vineyard and terroir
Pradio is in the central Grave del Friuli area. The region has a sunny, stony landscape. The Cielo family uses heavy pruning and green harvesting to maintain particularly low yields.
Vinification
The grapes undergo 48 hours of cold maceration, followed by fermentation at a constant 25 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests for at least two months.
