Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in vineyards in the village of Carema.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are carefully sorted and pressed at the winery. The must ferments in stainless-steel tanks, with maceration lasting approximately 12 days.
Ageing
The wine matures for two years, including 12 months in large oak barrels.
