Ageing
The English presentation gives 4–5 months in 20 hL oak barrels followed by 2–3 months in bottle. The Italian presentation instead gives maturation in stainless steel and 1–2 months in bottle.

Tasting profile
Intense ruby red. Aromas of fresh fruit are accompanied by hints of vanilla. Broad and persistent on the palate, with soft tannins. The wine is conceived as an easy, versatile expression of youthful Sangiovese character.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 18 °C with stewed or grilled red meat.
