Brilliant, deep ruby red. The nose is fresh and fragrant. The palate is well structured and intense, with silky, savoury tannins. Its combination of freshness and maturity approaches the style of Brunello.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 18°C, preferably from a carafe. Pair with first courses dressed with traditional Tuscan sugo and with red meat.
