The vineyards lie between 260 and 460 metres above sea level. The vines are 30 years old on average.
Vinification
The grapes are usually harvested in the second half of September. The wine is made by a traditional white winemaking method.
Ageing
The wine ages in stainless steel tanks for 3–4 months.
Serving and pairing
Suited to Italian food; the text names meat, risotto and pizza.
