Vineyard and terroir
The Negroamaro is grown in Salento at 100 metres above sea level, on clay-limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested during the first ten days of September and taken to the winery, where they are gently pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
