Vineyard and terroir
The Garganega grows in the Berici Hills, on vines 40 years old. The grapes are harvested by hand.
Vinification
The whole bunches are pressed gently. The must ferments in stainless steel tanks with natural yeasts at 18–20 °C.
Ageing
The wine ages for around 120 days, with regular bâtonnage during maturation. It is lightly filtered before bottling.
