Vineyard and terroir
The Garganega grows on clay-limestone soils in the Berici Hills.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness and placed in small crates. At the winery they are pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 22–23 °C with native yeasts, with 7–10 days of skin contact.
Ageing
The wine ages partly in stainless steel and partly in barrels.
Tasting profile
Appealing and elegant, it is charming from the first sip.
