Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the Losco vineyard near Fonteblanda.
Vinification
The fruit is harvested by hand in the second or third week of September. After destemming and crushing, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, with frequent pump-overs and rack-and-return.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks until spring.
Tasting profile
Bright on the nose, with a rich flavour.
Serving and pairing
Pairs well with meat dishes and cheeses.
