The grapes grow in a vineyard in Castiglione Tinella.
Grapes
Moscato Bianco di Canelli is used.
Vinification
Whole bunches are pressed to extract the more aromatic juice from the upper part of each berry. The juice is stored in stainless-steel tanks at −3 °C, potentially for several months, before the must is transferred to temperature-controlled autoclaves for fermentation. The wine is then gently filtered and bottled to retain its natural freshness and aroma.
