Ageing
The wine matures for six months in an oak cask, followed by three months of bottle ageing.
Tasting profile
Bright in colour with ruby reflections. The intense, appealing nose is defined by fresh woodland fruit and wild-berry notes. The palate is enveloping, supported by lively, pleasant acidity.
