Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the municipality of Alghero on Sardinia’s northwestern coast.
Grapes
The native Torbato grapes are carefully selected.
Vinification
Harvest takes place in the first half of September. The wine is produced by the Charmat–Martinotti method, with secondary fermentation in stainless-steel pressure tanks.
Ageing
The wine undergoes a long period of ageing on the lees.
