Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in Isola dei Nuraghi, Sardinia, in a hot, dry climate. The soils are clay and sand with limestone.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in September and October, then fermented at low temperature for 20 days in stainless-steel tanks.
