Vineyard and terroir
The estate’s vineyards in Alghero are planted on chalky soils.
Grapes
The ancient variety is also known as Malvasia du Roussillon, Byala Turba and Cuscoseda Bianca. It was brought to Sardinia by Phoenician traders.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand between September and October. Fermentation takes place at low temperature in stainless-steel tanks for 20 days.
