Vineyard and terroir
The Vermentino is grown at 600 m on sandy soils in Liguria.
Vinification
The wine is made with minimal intervention. A natural fermentation with native yeasts takes place in previously used barrels, without artificial additives or added sulfur. The must receives a short period of skin contact. Before bottling, the wine is neither filtered nor fined, and may retain the slight cloudiness typical of natural wines.
Ageing
The wine matures for eight months on its fine lees in oak barrels.

Balanced and complex, with structure and texture.
