Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the estate's youngest vineyards in the south-western area of Montalcino. The soils are calcareous and slightly clayey. Selected Sangiovese clones were planted according to the intended wine style and the characteristics of each vineyard micro-zone.

Vinification
The grapes are harvested meticulously by hand. Pre-fermentation maceration is followed by traditional vinification designed to emphasize the varietal character of Sangiovese.
Ageing
The wine matures for approximately nine months in stainless-steel vats and then ages in bottle for at least three months.
Tasting profile
Bright ruby red in colour, with a fresh, fruity and fragrant profile. The palate is full-bodied and pleasing.
