Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the Gfill farm, between the villages of San Paolo and Missiano, at 450–550 m above sea level. The vines grow in a favourable microclimate on deep clay-sandy soils. Healthy grapes are carefully selected and harvested at optimum ripeness.
Vinification
The must ferments slowly in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation is prevented.
Ageing
The wine matures on its lees in stainless-steel tanks for 5–7 months.
Tasting profile
Elegant and refreshing, with expressive fruit notes, distinctive aromas and flavours, and bright acidity.
