Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the “Justina” vineyard near the village of St. Pauls in Alto Adige, on loamy soils. Fully ripe fruit is carefully selected.
Vinification
The must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation is prevented.
Ageing
The wine matures on its lees in stainless-steel tanks for 5–7 months.
Tasting profile
Aromatic and well structured, with a silky texture.
