Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on rolling hillsides near San Paolo, at around 500 m above sea level, in deep, limestone-rich soils.
Vinification
Healthy, ripe grapes are carefully selected. The must undergoes a slow, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless-steel tanks, without malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine matures on its lees in stainless-steel tanks for 5–7 months.
Tasting profile
Refreshing, fruity and mineral in character.
