Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation takes place at 28 °C, followed by 14 days of maceration and malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine matures for 14 months in 225-litre French oak barrels, 30% of them new, followed by four months in bottle.
Label / history
The name comes from the original name of the Tasca family villa. The 2007 vintage received a silver medal at the 2010 Concours Mondial de Bruxelles.
