Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo two selections, first in the vineyard and then on sorting tables. Fermentation and maceration take place in stainless-steel tanks to develop the aromas and extract tannins.
Ageing
The wine matures for 5–6 months in second-use French oak barrels.
