Serving and pairing
Mince or slice part of the truffle, then warm it briefly with extra-virgin olive oil, a clove of garlic, anchovies, salt, pepper and Parmesan. Reserve the remaining truffle for decoration. Intended as a condiment for first courses and appetizers.
