Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the Bricco delle Passere vineyard, on sandy soils rich in limestone. They are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of no more than 15 °C.
Ageing
The wine ages for 10 months in stainless steel tanks.

Balanced and elegant.

Suited to aperitif service. It pairs with poultry, fish, seafood, cheeses and appetizers.
