Vineyard and terroir
Made in Puglia from selected Fiano grapes. The wine's minerality reflects the fine soils of its terroir.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at ideal ripeness to preserve their freshness. At the winery they are destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 17–18 °C.
Ageing
The wine ages in stainless steel tanks, which highlights the fresh floral aromas of the grapes.
