The grapes come from selected vineyards in Puglia.
Vinification
After crushing and destemming, the wine ferments and macerates for 8–10 days at a controlled temperature of 22–24 °C.
Ageing
Before bottling, it rests briefly in stainless-steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Bright and juicy, with richness and a full flavour.
Label / history
The collection’s labels are inspired by the rose windows of local churches in Puglia and by the soft light they cast across the warm stone interiors.
