Vineyard and terroir
The Fiano grapes are grown in Puglia, in vineyards the producer counts among the region's best. Fiano is fairly uncommon in Puglian wines.
Vinification
The grapes are picked at optimal ripeness, then crushed and destemmed. They are gently pressed before fermentation, which takes place at a controlled temperature of 17–18 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures briefly in steel tanks, after which the young wine is bottled.
Tasting profile
Delicate and refined.
Label / history
The "Duca delle Corone" collection is dedicated to Puglia. Its labels were inspired by the rose windows of local churches, where light filters through and falls softly across the warm, richly finished stone inside.
