The fruit is grown in Veneto’s Colli Euganei DOC area, on the volcanic Euganean Hills.
Vinification
The wine is made using the traditional Charmat–Martinotti method, with a relatively short secondary fermentation. This preserves a pronounced fruit character and produces delicate bubbles without a yeasty taste.

Light yet complex, the wine is delicate and vibrant, with pronounced fruit character and fine, gentle bubbles.
