Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown on hillside sites in the Salento area at an altitude of 200 m.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are sorted and gently pressed. The must remains in contact with the skins during alcoholic fermentation for 8–12 days in stainless-steel tanks at 22–26 °C.

The aroma is rich, and the palate is balanced and harmonious.
Serving and pairing
Pair with hearty meat dishes and mature cheeses.
