Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from sunny hills in Veneto.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at full ripeness, crushed and fermented on their skins at 22–26 °C for 8–15 days. The wine is then gently pressed.
Ageing
The wine ages in steel tanks for 8–12 months and reaches its full elegance two years after maturation.

Elegant in character, with aromas of local aromatic herbs and a warmth associated with the land.
