Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the province of Verona. Tenuta Valleselle is a country villa set in the hills around Lake Garda, near Bardolino, surrounded by 12 hectares of vineyards and olive groves owned by Tinazzi.
Vinification
The Corvina Veronese grapes are lightly dried in the sun to concentrate flavours and aromas. Gentle pressing is followed by 10 days of maceration and fermentation at a controlled 22–26 °C, which preserves the grape's freshness and fruity character.
Ageing
The wine ages for 12–18 months in French and American oak barrels, which give it a velvety texture, complexity and refined oak notes.
Tasting profile
Elegant, with a velvety texture, complexity, refined oak notes and preserved fresh, fruity character.
Label / history
The Tinazzi family bought the Tenuta Valleselle estate in 1986 and restored it. It now receives visitors, who can taste wines from the cellar, explore the vineyards and hold celebrations there.
