Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in Tinazzi’s estate vineyards in Veneto. Tenuta Valleselle lies in the hills around Lake Garda, near Bardolino, and is surrounded by 12 hectares of vineyards and olive groves.
Vinification
The grapes ripen relatively late and are harvested by hand, then gently pressed. Fermentation takes place under closely controlled temperatures.
Serving and pairing
Decant for one hour before serving.
