Vineyard and terroir
The Merlot grows in Veneto, where the hot climate allows the fruit to ripen fully.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in early October, then destemmed and gently pressed at the winery. Maceration and fermentation take place at a controlled temperature of 22–26 °C for 8–10 days.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks in the estate’s cellars.
