Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards are situated on hills near Lake Garda in Veneto, on alluvial soils of glacial origin.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 15–16 °C for 10 days.
Ageing
The wine matures in barriques for 8–10 months in the estate’s cellars.
