The grapes grow in Veneto, which is bordered by the Adriatic Sea to the southeast and protected from cold northern winds by the Alps. These conditions favour grape growing.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and carefully selected. Vinification follows a traditional dry-red-wine method, and the wine is filtered before bottling.
