Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Veneto, northeastern Italy.
Vinification
Healthy grapes are carefully selected and macerated for three days in steel vats. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is decanted into steel tanks for a further fermentation. It is decanted again and filtered before bottling.
Tasting profile
Light and easy-drinking, the palate is rich, refreshing, balanced and harmonious, with notes of apple and pear.
