Vineyard and terroir
The Cabernet Sauvignon grows in organic vineyards in the province of Treviso, around the Sile River.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, with only the best bunches selected. At the winery they are macerated and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature no higher than 24 °C. After malolactic fermentation the wine is filtered three times and bottled.
