Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards are in Veneto, near the Sile, Monkdafore and Lieni rivers. Organic and vegan practices are followed, and the grapes are grown without chemicals.
Vinification
Vinification takes place entirely in stainless-steel tanks, using gentle methods intended to preserve freshness and a delicate texture. The wine is made without animal products, including animal-based fining agents, and is certified by the Vegan Society.

The family-run Trevisana winery has belonged to the Tombacco family since the 1970s.
