Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from organic vineyards in the province of Treviso, around the River Sile. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, with only the best bunches selected.
Vinification
The grapes are pressed and fermented in stainless-steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine is filtered, decanted and bottled.
