Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in Veneto, near the River Sile outside Treviso.
Vinification
The grapes undergo gentle maceration in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats at temperatures of up to 24 °C. Malolactic fermentation and triple filtration follow. The production process uses no chemicals or animal-derived ingredients, including fining agents. The wine is certified by the Vegan Society and made in accordance with organic standards.

Smooth and well balanced, with rich fruit character, an expressive berry profile, balanced structure and soft, pleasant tannins.
